Help from community to translate foreign language on my item page

Might anyone here recognize what this message says exactly? If you do, can you translate it for me? I get the impression that the person who typed this message on my item page is mocking me. But that’s a hunch for now.

Here’s the message:

Sat?n alacakt?m ama örnekde inceledim contact form çal??m?yor e?er al?rsam çal???r m? sa?lam olarak?

Sounds like turkish language… but the special characters are not shown.. Using google translate the only logical sentence was “working contact form, but with examples?”

“I was about to buy it but the contact form doesn’t work on the preview , will it work from my server if I buy it..?”
