I did an Intro and the background music fits the animation perfectly in Mozilla same as in the flash.
But In IE, it totally changes the Background music from the animation and it looks horrible at the end of the Intro

Interesting took me a few minutes to notice the different. IE look like its not synchronized with the sound like you say, FireFox work perfect. The only thing I can come up , is tray to use Swfobject instead of the AC_RunActiveContent

Yeah very bad. I don’t know if it will help you debug it but for what it’s worth: the audio runs identically in both IE and FIrefox. The video is just much slower in IE.
