Help with Banner Rotator

I purchased a BANNER ROTATOR with Auto Delay Time from ActiveDen but had no idea that getting my images and text to display in the banner would be so complicated. I’m used to less sophisticated slides. I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Dreamweaver but I’m trying to figure things out as I go along. I can’t seem to insert the .swf file into the xml document. After clicking “insert” the option to insert the .swf file isn’t highlighted therefore I’m unable to make that selection.

The instruction says “Implementation is straightforward, you just need to embed the banner.swf into your html file, set the desired width, height and update the images and data on XML file.” I’ve been trying to do this but it’s not as straightforward when you’re a dummy. The adjustments to height and width I can handle once I figure out how to integrate the .swf with my slide and text. Can you please help me out or at least recommend a Dreamweaver (cs6) tutorial video that would give me step by step instructions on how to go about doing this.
