I have a client who asked me help some time ago via my profile page, I’ve replied, but the mailer said “MAILER DAIMON ERROR ” or something like that, means my reply didn’t reach my client’s address.
I immediately added a comment on my item page, with proper support solution. But he didn’t acknowledge because he was expecting the reply on his e-mail address.
I tried again maybe 4-5 times so far, including other possible e-mail addresses (support@website.com, info@website.com, contact@website.com, etc).
I tried to send him a message via his profile page, but he is not an author, so he does not have a contact form.
I also sent him messages via Facebook, Twitter. Nothing.
I cannot reply his comments on other author’s items.
I absolutely do not want him to think I am not a serious person and don’t treat him properly.
What can I do? Please advise !!

When you receive an email that is sent via your profile page, you will see the buyer email. If you don’t, then it’s the buyer’s problem and the ThemeForest forums can’t really help you. 
His e-mail address is not reachable, temporarly unavailable or maybe banned, I have no idea

If you are still eager to contact him, you can search his username on Facebook and Twitter.

if his email address thats tied to the account is down then a contact forum/anything envato has on him would be the same email thats not working for you

I’m afraid not even envato can do anything, it’s pretty strange.
I get his e-mail, reply, go to sleep, and next day I woke up I get e-mail error. This could be pretty bad for my client as I always reply within just a few hours.
How in the world can his e-mail send me a message but not receive my reply…

because he’s sending it via your contact form so he’s technically not sending the email envatos servers are…... so if he had mistyped/changed his email address his profile would be sending the wrong one

i know why.. it can send but not receive… my bet is hes using google apps (mail) for a custom domain, you can send easily via google but when getting incoming mail you need your domain DNS to work as your sending it to the @website.com and then google gets it…
theres no real way of getting in contact of him but try by looking up his email/phone number via http://who.is and enter the website
EDIT : what @OrganicBeeMedia makes scene as well but you might be able to get his email via who.is
