With regards to the original subject matter, after a certain amount of time, movies, images, and basically any type of media become public domain if the copyright is not renewed. The original Night of the Living Dead movie is another example.

Hi guys, Regardless of whether a file is appropriate for sale on FD or not, FlashDen’s policy is to keep any liaison between reviewers and authors private. Public allegations of copyright violation are not on, no matter who it is. Additionally authors should always receive a notification from Support if a file is removed for any reason.

Louros, I have now edited the thread to reflect our official policy, and I will make sure an email is sent to you outlining this situation in detail.
