How do I know when my already published item is updated on the site after I re-submit main.zip and preview.zip (with updated functionality). It says it “requires review”, but how do I know when it has been reviewed, since it does not seem to be placed in the regular queue?

Hi AlexDeLaCreme, you will get an email from the reviewer (Adrien) as soon as the update is approved/rejected.

I guess this does not happen every time, because I’ve never received any email regarding the updates I’ve submitted for one of my galleries. I guess it was updated, but I cannot be sure.
And I mean, that was A WHILE BACK .

If you can’t see the queue in your dashboard page, it must be approved. And you can check your email’s spam folder, maybe it’s over there.

Hi Alex, it seems you may have not attached your files correctly, because I only see that you put an update yesterday that was automatically approved. That means only a thumbnail or preview image was submitted, but no files were attached.
Had there been files attached, we would see your item in the update queue now.
Also, the previous update you referred to was approved 6 months ago, but there was a short time when approval replies were not going out because of a glitch. That may be why you did not get any email then. Emails are dispatched normally now, after every approval/rejection from the queue.
You may want to try resubmitting your corrected item files, making sure they are correctly attached to the respective dropdown field(s) after you upload.
Let me know if you encounter any issues with that 
Thanks, everyone. Mystery solved. Didn’t know I had to re-submit the preview and thumbnail images even though they did not change since the last update. #6 in the queue now…

I don’t think you do have to do that. What happened is you might have accidentally ONLY submitted files in the fields supposed to be for Thumbnail or Preview Image, which would trigger an automatic update. It is only added to the update queue for review when a file is submitted in the “Preview Source” and/or “Main File(s)” fields. If you are sure you submitted in those fields then I have no other explanation for why it did not show up in the Update Queue – but I can confirm what Adrien said; it definitely wasn’t in the Update queue until you re-submitted it..
