How to notify buyers..

Hi all,

I’m a newbie here, I would like to update my vector file to be more marketable for sell. How do i notify those buyers who purchased my file before? Is there any features in GraphicRiver that we can check who is the buyers?

Hello kimi1122,

No, there’s no system to reach your buyers. The best thing you can do is to mention the update in the item description and maybe on your profile page.

Well, an idea would be to make the site display updates for buyers the same way new items are displayed to each user following an author.

I am new to this site.i also tried to upload a few backgrounds to the vectors category.since i did not know the types of files to be uploaded (jpeg, psd, thumnail jpeg) in the proper section,they got rejected.since you are also interested in the same category,could you help me the procedure in uploading.

It was a background, but you said that it was in PSD file – so the category should be Graphics/ Backgrounds, not in the Vectors category.

If your file is in vector format (.EPS – .AI) – the category should be Vectors/ Decorative/ Backgrounds.
