I am looking for someone to sell my template at activeden

Hi!

I had several months ago create a XML Flash website from an agency, a website for musicians, this is full xml driven. The problem is that i not use this now but it is allready paid, however, now i am thinking i give it for sale on ActiveDen, but I have not enough knowledge for the suport of this flash template. Now i am search someone who would take this for me, 50/50% of revenue. It is realy a great Template! If someone is interested, please contact me!

why don’t you sell it and pay someone else for support? I personally would be quite wary of this since you’ve been paid for it so do you really own the rights to be selling it in this way?

@ MSFX , i have not enough knowledge for give user suport of this template, thats the problem, if i had it, i don’t need anyone for support.. However, i have payed 1300 Euro for that website and i never use it in future, so I think this would be the best way to bring back some money. I’m sure users like it, it is a great looking website

Probably you’ll need to be careful. The issue here is “who is the copyright holder”? Unless the creator, since it wasn’t you’, specifically transferred author copy rights to you, you probably won’t be allowed to resell it (unless you have some documented agreement about it)
