Hey guys,
Could you recommend me some awesome book about dealing with clients, mostly international ones? Especially if it is about our field (web design).
Handling phone calls, cultural differences, business etiquette/social strategies on the web, cliche situations, saying No, saying Yes, common difficulties in negotiations etc. I know that this comes with experience, but I guess there are books to help me fill some gaps.
