LoL … The first code I ever wrote targeted Sinclair’s Z80 chip 
He also invented the first commercially available digital watch (“The Black Watch”) which I drooled over, but ( luckily, in retrospect) I could not afford the (then) exorbitant price of £24.95 (about 2 week’s wages for me in those days)

You were lucky! My first IBM PC was only 4.7 MHz
(and no hard drive -just dual 1.4Mb floppy disk drives – one for DOS and the other for apps) ..and--if memory serves--just 640kb of RAM (pun intended)
