Usually they verify your bank by saying something like “we’ve made 2 small deposits to your bank a/c please enter those amounts in the fields below”. Once that is done your bank is verified and you become a verified paypal partner/user.There is a timeframe for doing so (i think).
I think you may have missed this step.
No, paypal not doing like what you say

Oh! Yes! they are….that’s why i’m having no problems
I strongly recommend Payoneer. It’s an awesome service. I’ve had problems with paypal before as well. I tried to withdraw some money at some point, and the payment got into my card after 3 months, after countless “screw you” emails. This happened to me twice. Never had that with Payoneer. I only use paypal when other methods aren’t possible.

None of you appear to be in the US – so that COULD explain it.
They are very careful with the whole thing. Supposedly they are also based in the Uk, but their UK office is in the Netherlands, which means they do not have to go by UK law.

They really do. How it works in my country: when you need to “link” your bank card with your paypal-account, they take some money (about 2$) from your card and provide some code in transfer-data, so you need to get this code (in your bank or internet-bank-client) and enter it in the paypal-site. After that you receive your 2$ (or they charge you some cents? can’t remember)) back with a new status
Of course you have to have an appropriate card, that allows internet-payments.

In fact, I’m asking that because when he says “No, paypal not doing like what you say” I assume that he’s missing the part where we have to first add bank account for Paypal to deposit anything in it.
