Papal works fine for me (I’m a resident in Spain) but I always withdraw the money when I have more than $50. It much safer to have it in your back account.

In my opinion, paypal is the brand that faces all the struggles because they are wider than other ones. Second to the Swift transfer, I feel Paypal is more reliable. Sometimes we need to think about our unluckyness!

Same for me, same country. Only complaint is that their $ > € exchange rate is pretty low.
But except the common block (asking for more Ids docs) when you reach some concrete earnings, i have no problems at all.
