I suppose you can’t copyright an idea, so as long as its not a blatant rip off you’d be alright. Although I do get very annoyed when I see page designs, or design elements that I feel appear very similar to some of mine. Mostly because I feel like the other designer is just being lazy and trying to make money from my work.
It’s dangerous ground so tread carefully

Well, i would like to know what does it means for you “inspiration”... Cause actually i also like to be inspired, but i dont use the marketplace to being inspired. Moreover I do market research, and when i recognize my idea is allready exist, and even a better or different execution would not gives that much extra, i just go for the next idea. I think knowing the items, all over the market place is a very important and good thing. But i dont think so that would be the right source for inspiration…

Inspiration doesn’t mean you create the same item/design, it only means you are inspired to do something better or different.

Some authors usually OVERINSPIRED from other authors works!
I would suggest you to get inspiration from another site IMO .

Take a look at my “Mobila – Logo template” and now look for “mobile” in the logo category and you will find 2 or 3 logos very similar…
And yes, about the shark logos too
