Hi guys!
Who can explain, my item was purchased 22 times. Only 2 people have had some problems. This problems were not associated with the item. But my rating is 3 stars. And no more comments, e-mail with problems and etc.
I’m frustrated.

Just because someone didn’t have a problem does not mean they rate 5 stars. Currently the item only has 3 ratings. It’s possible they were 5, 4 and 1 which would be a 3 star average. You just have to wait for more ratings to increase the average.
