Karmag Theme problems

I use the karmag them on german language. I have problems with some plugins, for example wp-ratings. If I use this plugin, the layout is completely destroyed.

If I write an article and there is a sentecns in bold, the layout is destroyed. Have anybody the same problems ? www.his-perfekt-look.de
