Looking for Flash Designer or other

Good evening,

I’m looking for a designer to create a online mixer for my small recording company. We have a small 8 Channel one but it’s not enough. It’s also not very attractive.

The purpose of this is to let bands sign into the website and click on their band names. At that point they can hear their mix played back with a mixer so they can compare different instrument sounds. Each channel is a different mp3.

So basically we are looking for an online mixing board with three options. A volume slider, a mute button, and a solo button. (Solo would mute all other channels) Would like 24 Channels.
