Hello forum peeps!

I’ve got a small amount of time allocated (2-3 days) to give these forums a bit of love :nerdy: :inlove:, so I’m putting to you all to let me know what you’d most like to see improved.

Please keep in mind that whilst I’d love to rewrite the forums to be the most amazing, feature-rich in the world.. I do have a time a constraint so try and keep the suggesting small but valuable.

What I had in mind already:

1 – The layout/navigation is very confusing to me, the tabs along the top show no hierarchy. 2 – quotes don’t tell me who they quote 3 – New threads and threads with new replies since my last visit should appear at the top of the page.

Essentially what I want to get out of this is to make the forums more useable, so I’m going to favour ideas that encourage newcomers to stick around and in general anything that makes the forum experience a little less scary :)

Bring on the suggestions!!

I think that who are you actually quoting is probably the most important one :)

ilieitch, thanks for your time improving the forums! I know its going to be awesome!

Some ideas / suggestions:

1. When you start a new thread, there is no option box to check to receive a notification when someone post a reply. This only happens when you start the thread.

2.

New threads and threads with new replies since my last visit should appear at the top of the page.

+1

3. A “How To” section / tab would be a great addition.

Thanks again!

1. Live comment preview.
2. A way to switch between Marketplace forums quickly.

I am fairly new to the marketplace forums. If these features already exist, I have yet to find them.

Thanks for taking our input! (:

Well, some days ago users posted some photo of girls over the forum. But they are gone :crying: !

While you try to find who’s responsible for this you can start rewrite the whole forum. It will not get you more than a couple of hours :nerdy: Also don’t forget to throw in some kittens. You can place them on the buttons, like on the “post a reply” button, but then should become “post a kitten” button, with a kitten face (that’s important).

The “Your Recent Thread” section should show recent threads from all markets not just the market your on.

You should also create a tab or something about the active thread section to select active threads from all markets or just the market your on.

Tean mentioned adding the persons name to whom you are quoting this is a very good one.

Doru – you just keep smoking whatever your smoking dude… :)

I also think the html codes should be buttons and not just text explaining how to use it.

This line seems to confuse everyone :) to paste in an image (it’ll need to be hosted somewhere else though)

Thats all I got for now…

I agree

I could be also nice to add an option of “Like” “Dislike” to the thread…

Thanks for your time.
