MoneyBookers Username to Make a Payment Request

Is anyone using MoneyBookers to withdraw money from AD?

I’ve switched from Payoneer to MoneyBookers since Payoneer cards don’t have a chip and I can’t use it in UK shops. On the AD withdrawal page it asks for Skrill (MoneyBookers) username, is that the email address used to login on MB or the actual account name?
