Need a video for event promotion

Hello everyone!

I need an intro or a teaser video for business conference about entrepreneurs. Teaser should be up to 15 seconds long and intro up to a minute long.

Here’s what I need it to declare:

INTRO :

1. Recession is everywhere – people are poor, and business is getting worse by the minute 2. Everyone would like it to be different: fix the economy, help the unemployed and teach the skills needed to succeed to everyone – 3. That’s why we’re organizing this conference: to help out the backbone of our country: the small and medium entrepreneurs – like you – to rise up from poverty, learn the necessarily skills and succeed! 4. In this conference you’ll learn all about how important business planning is – what it does and how it can help you make the difference in your business! 5. The speakers: 1,2,3,4,5,6 7. Then, the closing sentence, something like, looking forward to seeing you there, the LOCATION , the DATE , fade out.

The teaser could be anything really, as long as it translates the following message:

1. elegant, slick, clean 2. something amazing is happening soon 3. remember the date 4. web site 5. fade out.

Now, I don’t have enough money for both of these, and to be honest, not much experience in budgeting it. I’m tempted to buy a template and just do it on my own, but I feel that you guys here can help and make it the best intro it can be.

So what I’m looking for is this:

1. Help me budget this. Let me know how much would i get for 100, 300, 500, and 1000$. and let me know when can this be finished. I have the logo ready and 1000$ is the absolute maximum. Having said that, i COULD be persuaded to pay more if you could offer something really great.

2. Please don’t think I’m a big company guy or something like that – just a small entrepreneur like most of you, that want a good quality video for my event. So please be fair and price your work right. I am also a designer like you and I know what it means to have your work devalued. I would never do that to you, but I don’t want to be ripped off either.

3. Please only serious offers. I’m paying 25% up front, 25% after we agree on the storyboard details and 50% after the job is done. Does that sound fair to you?

I have the landing page website almost ready, so I uploaded a part of it to show the general feel of the page. It may change, but not substantially.

If all else fails, i WILL buy a template in the end and work it out on my own. However, I used this thread to ask for something original.

Let me try and flesh out a video idea that I like.

Here is an item I would like my video to look similar to:

or something with stock footage + animated infographics. This also needs to look slick, elegant and professional, using the logo colors and color scheme of the image i posted previously.
