Need someone who knows how to make expandable banner

Rephrasing a post I made before – anyone made an expandable banner? And how does one implement it into a website?

It should open up to max size on first load of page then it goes down – then if you want you can open it again

Something like that – know what I mean?

^Yes very popular with YouTube but not so much this days, you just mimic the site and build interactive elements atc`, any flasher will nail it for you.

We did a big job like this a year ago for event, its cool ,but to keep it as a mandatory thing on your site is start getting annoying on some point

For anyone interested in developing this project, in case you don’t know, and in case this should go inside MediaMind platform, i’ve to say that MM platform is a BIG pain to work with. Not only they require to install a huge component (and stupid, in great part of it, and buggy!) on flash IDE , but to test and upload it through that component.

My last job was an expandable banner like the one mentioned, rich media, i spent like double time just integrating in the platform than developing it from scratch.
