I just received a phone call asking how to change the favicon on my “Parallelus” theme. 
I’ll start with the small stuff and work my way up the list of all the things that are wrong about this situation.
- I don’t have a “Parallelus” theme, that’s the name of my company.
- How to change the favicon is in my help document.
- I’ve answered this question in the item discussion 20 or more times already.
- A search on Google will answer this same question.
- The person admitted they had not sent an email to my support address or posted on the item discussion yet.
- I don’t list my phone number and definitely don’t provide phone support to my buyers!
- It’s SUNDAY MORNING !!!
I don’t intend to start giving phone support to ANYONE , but to take the time to find my phone number and call me on a SUNDAY MORNING before sending and email, checking the item discussion or doing a Google search… Are you kidding me?
