Can any reviewer of graphicriver help me with my “soft Rejected file”?
it’s always the same, if files are rejected by some detail, must wait in the queue for more than a week, adding the time it takes to review it, and then the time it takes the “update queue”.
myself had to change and categorie that option not appear when have to do changes “soft rejected”, why same reviewers unable change rubric and say response that took that changed category because was misplaced.
I’ve been waiting over 4 days to review my file on “update queue”, how much longer I have to wait and continue to see new files on the home page approved and mine still waiting …

Yeah I can understand. Same with me. The update queue is moving very slowly. Got some files in it!

I’ve pulled my from the queue, and re-uploaded it fresh now 17th. Made sense as it was a new item, envato just asked me to change the file name to get it accepted. I’m sure their working hard it’s just frustrating when the other envato Market places don’t have this problem
