How are you supposed to generate the positioning and styling and Flash buttons and animations from PDF ? In the link you provided, the pages have flash animations as well. How do you plan on specifying where these animations should be from the PDF ?

This is should be the process.
1 User upload via a web form a PDF magazine 2 System convert that pdf in single images one for each page with a good resolution (300 dpi?) in the way that after zooming on it the images are in good quality 3 System link that images in an XML file 4 System show me the final Flash application that have to have the same function of the one provided : Zooming Highlight Browsing on pages with pageflip effect Send to email Donwload pdf
For inserting animation, video, music and so on i think that if i have the single images is simple. Becuase i open it on flash add all the multimedia objects i need, and export it in a swf that i link in the XML file instead of the static image.
