PHP problem?

I have recently purchased a brilliant “flash” full site template called “Full XML template V2” (Only just became aware there is apparently a V3 of this out) http://activeden.net/item/full-xml-website-v2/8786 and i’m having no luck getting the php contact form to work, it does not send messages to my email. I’m on paid hosting since I heard that being on free hosting might have caused the error, I have no idea of fix’s or a way around it.. If anyone needs my web server’s php info you can find it here http://adhdgfx.com/swag.php any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Just looking for anyone who might have had the same rpoblem with a bought template and might know of problems they have had so i can try and fix mine

Best to send an email asking your hosting provider. Give them a link to the script you are having mail problems with.

Some hosting providers have special ways they require you to send mail, and can generally very quickly fix the script up so it works with their hosting account.

Failing that, send an email to the item author asking if they can assist.
