I actually replied with caution and explained him everything and he apologized for his not so nice post because he is under pressure.
But his comments still make the theme look bad in an unfair way.

ask support to delete them from db….
I just LOVE my customers – never had a serious complaint
Now regarding your situation, I’d say it would be nice to talk and settle it out with your customer before you contact support to take out his/her comments. Such things usually go a long way, no matter how difficult your customer is
I actually replied with caution and explained him everything and he apologized for his not so nice post because he is under pressure.This is how every author should do.
Don’t listen to people who says you shouldn’t care about customers who sounds negative and posts that kind of messages. These authors don’t care about their sales. Even if a buyer doesn’t quite right, it’s the right way for any author to help him like you do. That’s how professional sellers do their business.
Whenever I make a theme I try to follow these guidelines for styling my CSS : ... There’s nothing wrong with writing compressed CSS like that. I just don’t think it’s necessarily best in selling a theme.Nice. Pretty much like I do it, but some things that I should think about. I like following standards

OMG , I seriously need help with this guy!!!
This is what he posted:
I am disappointed that you did not own up to the problems shown to you in the videos when bendouglas86 essentially called me a liar in your discussion thread.But, no worries. I will post all of the videos on Youtube so that anyone can see what I was posting about.
The first video (dedicated to bendouglas86) is about how Black Ops screws up the WordPress Theme Manager tab. (How did you manage that, btw?)
You (and the rest of the world) can view the video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzGheKzVlyo.
I am very busy, so it may take me a day or two to upload the previous videos that I had taken down. But be patient, they are on the way.
They will come down when the theme and documentation are repaired.
OMG , he is blaming for his 800*600 screen resolution which screws up his WP theme manager
He thinks that my theme info (the basic stuff you put in your main style.css) screws it up
I use the same info on all of my themes
This is making me lol. I don’t know what to say… This guy has issues!!!
I emailed support this time…

@turkhitbox I saw just that video, do you have your BlackOps Theme Options panel in some div with # ID ? And all CSS made for that theme options panel is nested under that div like this? :
#panel .top {blabla}
#panel .letter {blabla}
#panel .something ul#aaa li a {blabla}
#panel .colored {blabla}
#panel .wrapper {blabla}
Just making sure, no disrespect mate
