Is there a problem with the support site?

I logged in without a problem last night, but I’ve been trying to log in for an hour this morning, and keep being told I have the wrong username/password.

I’ve tried different browsers and different computers.

Thanks miseld, unfortunately the emails aren’t being received. I may have to just set up another account and put in a support ticket for support tickets :)

You think sounds bad laranz, but I was on the phone to my ISP a few days ago, and their recorded message while waiting said “If you are having trouble connecting, please check our website for any reported problems”.

Can’t login too. The same situation. UPD : solved after password recovery procedure.

Same problem for me too, its not login at the moment you started the thread, and even now. I try to try the reset the password method. Maybe they upgrade the system from clear text password to some other encrypted type password :D

You’re talking to a Brit, we are the masters of telling jokes ‘too soon’.

I didn’t realise that you could sends a support message without being logged in, which is what I just did, you should try that so at least they can get you sorted before the mad rush when everybody gets home tonight :)

That is rather confusing isn’t it? I’ve had multiple users complain that they can’t log in to open a ticket and I have always thought they were having issues with the captcha. But if they’re trying to log in to the Support area, that would explain it. I’ll have to bring that up with the Knowledgebase team.
