Questions About Uploading

Im just wondering when i have uploaded a design and it’s pending, if i go to upload another in the files list it has ticks and says saved. Now im wondering if i remove alll of these would it effect the pending upload and remove the content from that?

Also for tags it says -

Enter up to 15 tags across all categories.

Does this mean i can enter up to 15 in each edit box? or does it mean i can have a max of 15 tags total but just using any edit box?

I have another question also, the other day i edited my Public Collections and sorted to folders but now i can’t find the option anywhere, how do you edit the profile?

To edit profile

Click on “My Account” at the top of the page & then click edit ( Or http://graphicriver.net/user/Your_username_here/edit )

To edit & make new collections just click the “Bookmarks” button at the top of the page

With the profile can you use images already on the site here? It says (it’ll need to be hosted somewhere else though) but does that apply for images like the previews for my items as i notice some people have ones that look just like they do when browsing the marketplace. Would they have uploaded them somewhere else or it ok to use envato preview image links?

I am 2nd to that question. In the old design, the files that has been approved were automatically removed from the upload list.

Can someone verify?

It shouldn´t affect anything relly. But I´m not 100% sure on this. I suggest you contact support with this query and let them answer it.

This what i was thinking also but i don’t want to press the remove button just in case it did remove them. Im guessing it’s just a way to get back something if you didn’t finish it the first time however i think it should clear the list once submitted and it doesn’t seem to so it makes it confusing.

One other thing that is confusing is on the Graphics Files Included bit it says Transparent PNG which im guessing is for standard PNG also that are full area. They should just name it as PNG image like they have JPG image. In general Envato does a great job in my opinion but for some things like these it’s not fully clear about it.
