Hi,
I am starting to offer trainings to people, whereby individuals can sign up to join a group. I would like to enable people to sign up online, whereby they select the preferred training from a drop-down box or so and enter all their details (name, company, address, email etc.). I would have to be able to enter and easily modify the information about the available trainings (e.g. date, training ref., description, cost etc.).
After signing up, the customer and I need to get an email (HTML format with my logo etc.) to confirm the reservation. I will then send them an invoice manually and until this is paid, the customer needs to have a status ‘pending’ or so, until payment is received and at that time I would like to push a button to change the status, at which time an email is sent to the customer to confirm the receipt of the payment.
Since there is a maximum number of participants for each training, it should all be set-up in a way that when the max is reached with ‘pending’ customers, you can select to be on the waiting list (eg. by a pop-up window saying that the training is full and that you are put on the waiting list). In this case the status of the customer would need to be ‘wait listed’. Of course this would require a different text in the email confirming the reservation. As the wait-listed participants need to be allowed in based on the reservation date, this would need to be stored somewhere. When the training is full with confirmed participants, it should stop accepting participants.
Just above or below the sign-up form, it would be good to have a small list with all the trainings on offer with the max number of participants, the confirmed bookings, the pending/tentative bookings and the number of the wait-listed participants.
I know this is a lot to ask, but would this be do-able? If so, what would it cost?
Thanks, Raldi
