Stream Live Radio through flash audio player

hello, i was wondering if any of the flash audio players on activeden allows you to stream live radio using the

mms://ip address : port number/

method. if not do you know anyone that would be bale to create one for me. budget isnt that high but should be enough to to pay for some to create one for me.
