When does flashden support or envato support in general answer questions? i emailed a question a few days ago to envato support and one to flashden support and still no answer.

Think this is really bad support for a big site like this.

There’s probably not only you asking for support. Think it depends on questions number and importance.

You should have received a message from them to say that your query has been received. Usually there is also a link in the email to your question where you should be able to upgrade the status of the message.

Yes i have that one, but i don’t get much info from there :)

2 – 3 working days, so if you emailed support over the weekend – it would probably take longer
