Has anybody else had issues with support over the past few weeks. Specifically receiving an email promising to be in touch very soon and then nothing.
I have sent a number of emails and every one has been met with the same response.
“Hey James,
Thank you for contacting Envato support. I will forward this to the appropriate staff member/team for review. We’ll be in touch shortly.
Regards, ...”
I have even taken to sending an email straight after this asking them to confirm that they have received it and yet I am still receiving no response.
No offence but… this sucks!

Support is slow.I had a financial issue and by the time they answer it was to late.They improve the UI, but i feel they need to hire more people.

It’s very sad that I’m not alone on this one.
Please sort this out, it’s not fair to offer such poor levels of support to those from whom you are making a nice little profit.

Hi all,
I submitted two support tickets about two weeks ago. And did not receive any notifications by email. Nothing web page updatted and said somithing like “we received your ticket and will reply within 24 hours or maybe longer for complicated issues”. I even don’t have ticket numbers. And full silence around two weeks.
One issue (search problem) I described where resolved since that time. Another issue did not. So I wonder if I do not receiving notifications or any other issue with it.
While I always receiving other videohive and audiojungles notifications (item approvals, forum notification, etc) may be support emails are sent from some other domain which may be blocked by my antyspam filters? Can you please advise from which email usually support notification are coming. Or any other ideas?

sorry only just seen your post. The issue has been sorted out now, it took a lot longer and far to many unanswered emails but at least it has finally been resolved.
Thank you for your offer of looking into this though.
