How do you get support on this website? Ive tried the support center twice, no one replies back. This happened 2 weeks ago also, and again no one replied back. HELP …........

It depends, do you need support for something related to your account or for some products you bought here ? In the first case, the general support can be reached here but if you need support related to an item you bought, the only way is to contact the author via his / her profile page. Just as a side note, support from authors is not mandatory, you’ll find further explanations here and more specifically in this article.
