Sending a satellite to Pluto is incredibly hard, don’t get me wrong but the fact is that we lack the data that we’d need to accurately predict earthquakes, or even climate. And even if we did, I’m not sure we’d have the computational power. There are just too many variables at play here.

Earthquake is ruleless , just like traffic accident ,it’s unpredictable and gusty ,so that even no enovgh time for predicting
