im just upload my new theme into WP, and suddenly it said the installation failed due to missing file style.css
I checked back into the zip folder, I found that the file is still there.
can someone explain to me..?

Most often people upload the wrong zip – the one that they get from download. You will need to look for the theme file inside the zip downloaded from envato.

I clicked that link .. and it goes to a general support page. Then I searched for the particular page and i found this: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/269/0/my-wordpress-theme-isnt-working-what-should-i-do
Funny fact about that page: that article has 90 votes and the rate is 0.5 stars from 5, meaning that is not that usefull for some reason
