Time for a separate forum for "Stickies"?

So now we have three stickies there is no room for new and updated “non-stick” threads in the “General Discussion” section of the main “Forums” page. And for the last few months there have been usually 2 stickies up, leaving room for only one new thread on the page. How about a separate forum for “Stickies” where only admin can post, or move threads to? Also, once below 3rd place threads don’t appear to be reflected in the “New Threads” column, no matter how recently updated.

Dont agree with the “move all stickies to different section”, but do agree with the three stickies being too much.. Maybe move old stickies to a different section, instead of all?

Or have the 3 newest under all stickies, so stickies stay, but you always see the 3 last updated below them
