I know is not the correct place to ask this question but I really hope that someone can help me with this.

I am experimenting with transalte3d and hardware acceleration and I have a really crapy issue on windows safary, it seam that if a few html elements are animating or moving on screen mouse events , any type of mouse events are triggered with delays, this is making any serious project unusable on safari windows, I am wondering if this is happening on MAC too I hope not!. Can someone with a mac test the below page, there is a grid of images that have a really long opacity tween set on each thumb, so to the grid can be moved with the mouse by pressing/holding and moving the mouse, on windows safari this is not working, mouse events are triggered only after the thumb animation is done, or some times between the animation but it is not responsive! http://www.webdesign-flash.ro/p/html5_infinite_grid/example_work.html

Please let me know if this is happening on safari MAC too, I really hope that this is a windows bug :(

Safari windows has a tiny market share. I think you can safely ignore it.

Hey FWDesign, works fine on Safari 5.1.7 (osX).

However it seems some thumbnails do not load (i.e.: the background stays red). This seems to happen also on Chrome.

Hope this helps,

marco

Thank you, yes it is normal for the thumbs not to load I just wanted to know if mouse events are responsive, without delays on mac safari.

Great news you have made my day:)
