Update queue?

Hey,

How does the update queue work? We already have an update in the queue for our latest file, however we almost have another ready to go. When we upload this, will it replace the original update or will it have its own place in the queue?

if it replaces the old update will the queue position be kept or will it be pushed to the back of the queue?
