How fast was support and who solved your problem with preview?
I’m afraid that I’m expecting too much from support, because there are 26 problematic previews. But only support can help me.
I filled all missing details: file sizes, Requires Plugins “yes/no” field and correct preview resolution, but because of bug, I can’t do anything more. Preview resolutions are correct (640×360) but previews looks very big, and because of that upscaled previews looks very bad 
I hope that somebody will reply to my ticket #247005 or to twitter.

I just received reply to ticket #247005 from Brian.
I don’t know if he solved my previews one by one, or devs solved bigger (back-end) problem on videohive. If there is a chance, staff should scan all VH items for filesize, and if there are items with missing filesize, check the preview.
It’s just suggestion to staff to make sure that every VH preview is correct.
What is connection between file size and bigger preview? I don’t know. But all items without file sizes had a big preview
