Waiting for payment

Ok, this is a support issue I know but since support are not responding I have no option to post here. I was informed that I have an “unclaimed” fund waiting in Paypal. The reason it is unclaimed is because I have changed my email address linked to the account due to it being hacked. I informed support of the change well in time before my payment was due (with no reply). I replied to the unclaimed email from support explaining that I had changed my address. I did have a reply saying it had been noted and payment will go via my new address a few days ago but after a few emails with no reply I have still seen no payment.

Can anyone here advise on how I can get my payment ?

whilst I am unfamiliar with the way Paypal works in these situations, if the money is bounced back to Envato, you can rest assured that it will be safe and Support will most certainly deal with this issue.

If you find that tickets are taking a while to be replied to, you can also Tweet to Support which usually results in a faster response

The worrying thing is the amount that is unclaimed isn’t showing in my account here though I do have proof of the amount in my email from support. I am getting no replies off the person in support who initially sent the email.

I know it can be stressful when money is in limbo but I’d like to reassure you again that we have not abandoned our efforts to resolve this issue and we ask again for your patience during the process.

Some tickets take a little extra time to process because of their complications. On top of that, it’s the unfortunate timing of being the weekend right now. Rest assured, your ticket will be responded to and it will be resolved. Opening additional tickets, forum threads, or sending multiple replies unfortunately doesn’t help make the process go any faster.

Jami, I take your point but if I had a reply from the person in support who sent me the email just to say what you have just explained would have been helpful. To not reply doesn’t give me any confidence that the matter is being looked into. I had no other option than to post here. After all, I am earning a living and need this money to pay the bills

I never heard back from support at Twitter or my support person who initially emailed. What worries me is $207.90 that is unclaimed is not showing in my withdrawal balance. Only my current earnings. As I am getting no response I hope you can understand my concern.
