P.S. How did you know about that referral and his deposit?
It was a client, and I talked them through signing up and depositing their first $100

I know sometimes it can be frustrating that support may not answer immediately but opening multiple tickets as you apparently have done does not help the matter since that’s more for them to process meaning it’ll take them longer. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the second email you have posted, I think you need to get away from a screen, unwind a little and read it again…![]()
I had to open the second ticket because it was about being unable to log into my support account.
There isn’t much to read, as it doesn’t answer any of the points I made, it just says that the previous query was answered, which was on a different topic.
Of course, now, it looks like there is no logging into the support, so there was obviously a problem.

yep, any prior visit to marketplaces before clicking your referral link will void that referral. most likely this is what has happened. the very first link the user clicks has to be the referral url.
Also if the user clicks your ref link, then someone elses the latter takes presedence doesnt it?

@sporttipsworld,
Edited.
Sorry to butt in, but it looks like i have photos on photodune that (according to this thread) should be on river (something). I have no idea what anything else is apart from photodune. Can you transfer photos from PD to river, or is it a case of deleting and then re submitting to river?

If a person clicks on your referral link and then later they click on someone else’s, yours is the one that counts

No, the former takes precedence
