What happened?

I was looking through my items on here and the amount of sales i have and have noticed that the numbers were off. So I looked through my items again, and now noticed that one of my files is gone. Searched through the site, and it’s definitely been removed. Why? I didnt get any notification or anything. This is just weird. Should I re-upload it?

P.S. and so that I wont make another topic, how to I make my homepage on here look, for example, like scottwills? Like have those categories. Thanks.

Those are bookmarks. You can have you own by clicking on you profile and Bookmarks. Then you create one and upload a preview picture.

Btw, to explain, you have your link to your file in first line and other link is to the Thumbnail. You can catch this thumbnail link when you right click on the thumbnail and click on the View image. Then just paste the link of the pic in the second line.

Ohhh, ok. Thank you for explaining the bookmarks thing. I think I got it now. But anyone know what’s up with my file being missing?

If your file was removed or disabled, you should have received a notification. However, there’s occasionally been bugs with the file system recently. Please email support with information about the missing file and we’ll look into it.

I’ve noticed a handful of bugs (the site still is pretty new, even if it it based on the Envato Marketplace template). My suggestion: report the problem via their support desk. I reported a handful of small bugs that I found and they responded promptly and are working to fix them.

As for the categories – Bookmarks is correct, but it helps to also spend a few extra minutes to design custom graphics to accompany them. Check out my page for example, or a variety of the other authors on here for reference ideas.
