Which is good Paypal or Moneybooker?

I want to know that which is the good way to receive? Is it Paypal or Moneybooker? I use papal but it not give the exact rate of dollar value. I used to give about Rs 2.00 less than market value. For example if market value is $1 = Rs.50.00 then it give me $1 = Rs.48.00.

Never had issues with paypal, although others did. I am sure the same applies for moneybookers too.
