I’m trying to upload a file to my non-exclusive account from GraphicRiver CarlosViloria2 and I get always this screenshot https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1750302/whoops.png

I have a week with this error, and create a ticket and I did tweet to Envato support and still not get answers

I’m using Windows 7 Browsers: Chrome 21.0.11 and Firefox 14.0.1

I have deleted the cache, cookies, etc

I don’t know what to do and I have many files to upload, but with this error I can’t do anything

alo? Ticket ID: 245072

I had the same problem two weeks ago. Just try to upload without the preview set, and if completes without any problem , just edit your preview set and re-upload…

Hey Carlos is strange they’re so fast usually with the Twittr support..

I don’t want to be rude but the ticket system doesn’t work anymore I think there are too many e-mails to check out.. I never got answers from them since a year, only via Twitter they’re very efficient and recover your ticket and solve your problem. Good luck buddy, when I’ve problems I use Ie usually it works fine :(
