Can anyone explain why a fullscreen flashsite must be named preview.swf???? i called it index.swf (a logical name) the html file is called index.html that loads the swf. flashden doesnt have to do anything with the swf name only uploading the files…

And now my file is rejected after 8 days of waiting for something like this…......

It doesnt make sense

it seems flashden has a system in place to automate the hosting process (hosting a new file on flashden) and it takes only preview.swf for the name. I think this was told in a similar discussion a while back…

if the swf isnt called preview the approval system rejects the file with the reason

‘a zip archive for the compiled preview was uploaded without a preview.swf’

But for a fullscreen preview you are not looking at the swf directly but at the swf in your own created html page.

I wouldn’t say it is a bug…My guess is more like the system was “built” that way. Maybe to maintain uniformity or something…:)

They need to build it to check if there is or a preview.swf or a index.html :)

Don’t know yet if i am going to reupload i am a bit tired of waiting on that … queue
