withdrawal error?

Yup just to confirm my balance still stands even though I requested full payout at end of month on march 17th – not good and my staff won’t be happy if this isn’t sorted out – neither will my bank manager come to think of it – have a horrible thought this is because we were a leap year and had an extra day and it’s screwed everything up – seen something like this before with badly created scripts not taking the leap year in to account…. all in all not good and not good that you have to wait until Monday – surely SOMEONE in staff has to be there on call?? It’s a 24 / 7 / 365 marketplace after all
