Withdrawal Problem - Urgent

In the withdrawal page, using the International Transfer (SWIFT) method, I tried many times but it repeatedly shows error message that the Address can have only 40 char max. Fine, I reduced my address length to around less than 35 char but still it says the same error.

Please fix it so that we can make withdrawal request before this 31May. If not possible, can we send withdrawal details directly to Support?

if they can’t solve the issue before the end of the month, you’ll still have your request logged in their ticketing system.

Yes, got the same problem also. Can’t complete form.

Glad I made mine a day earlier. This is gonna cause some trouble if it isn’t fixed.

Yes, removed few details but mentioned Full Address in the Additional info field. It is too risky to proceed with such a tiny address length as bank may reject transaction.

And please fix my country’s name on the list, its just “Serbia” not “Serbia and Montenegro”

....and why don’t we have the “withdraw all earnings on the 30th” ? Do we have to add the full amount manualy on the 14th or on the 30th of each month ?

Any update for this issue please. Still can’t complete the form via SWIFT .
