$300 is too low for this type of work? Can you recommend someone or a services to customize the wordpress theme (that I¨ll buy here on TF)

Customizing a theme will always take some hours of work. If you expect professional work, $300 seem to be quite low, even if you use a template to start from. However, I’m sure you’ll find quite a number of freelancers on this budget, f.ex. at freelanceswitch.com.
