Agree, not as PSD , but if you change the yellowish color to something more subtle I think as a HTML it will be good

Convert it to HTML ! Your chances of getting approved will be greatly increased! Just remember to check padding’s and typography first. There are some elements that don’t look quote good! ( i.e, the section from the blog in the footer! )
