from what i can see and what i know, the encoder with vimeo leaves more quality with the videos, so i would go with vimeo. :)

Why not try both? Youtube get’s you insane traffic. If quality if what you are looking for go with vimeo, but if you want loads of traffic, I think that Youtube is a better option! Motion Graphics are really popular on youtube, so you could definitely get some sales and referrals.

I used to upload there a bit, back when I did animation. And multiple videos I had got 5k plus views. That’s decent traffic if you ask me? There is a market for it on Youtube, you just have to find it ;)

Think of this; vimeo quality is more expanses in broadband, therefore countries with low internet connection are not the best way to go representing template base on vimeo, so youtube is a preference by most .

Look at this from the eye of the end user, not the eye of a developer :P
