Is there any way I can get a wire frame render of the man in the end position and perhaps a bust (head-on from chest up)?

Hi would be interested in a wire frame render of the man myself, with the skinning as the transition when zoomed. My clients wouldn’t like certain parts of the anatomy being shown. Are the scene elements included in the file so they can be edited in their respective programs. If so, I could do it myself and would be interested in purchasing the file.
